What will you be doing:
The Lisbon Sales and Operation Manager's goal is to manage daily processes and grow Lisbon's user base substantially. You will be fully accountable for hitting all local goals and building and motivating a team to succeed over the longer term.
This is a role for someone who has proven high growth start up experience in English, and if possible, Portuguese-speaking markets. Excellent candidates are resourceful, natural all rounders and excellent relationship builders who can motivate a high performing team to run the show.

You'll need to:
Meet net homes growth targets
Collaborate with the Global Expansion Team to optimise the sales funnel
Support online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads
Develop the sales process to maximise lead to sign conversion
Collaborate with Global Sales Operations Manager to maximise sign to live conversion
Minimise property churn through retention activities
Embed the Airsorted customer promise throughout the host lifecycle

You are an executor, able to juggle and prioritise conflicting deadlines effectively
You have 2-3 years Startup experience - ideally in an B2C Operations or Commercial role
You have experience managing great teams
