Job brief
ubbu is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to proactively seek out and present, promote and sell ubbu to prospective customers and distribution partners.
An excellent Sales Manager must be energetic and outgoing with great interpersonal skills. Experience with Education and Consultative sales will be beneficial to success. The role will include extensive long-haul trips and the ideal candidate will be energised by travel, making new connections and developing relationships.

Responsibilities

- Present, promote and sell ubbu using solid arguments to prospective customers such as central and local governments
- Identify potential distributors, partners, and agents to handle local sales
- Negotiate distributor’s commercial arrangements, including pricing and incentives
- Monitor distributor performance, providing training/support
- Deliver product demonstrations and represent ubbu at events, exhibitions and conferences
- Update sales process and materials based on customer interactions
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated to shape marketing & product development
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, account plans, and territory growth activities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and consultative sales best practices

Requirements

- More than 5 years experience in Education / Enterprise / Institutional sales
- Track record of closing large deals with international customers and partners
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Pro-active, problem-solving nature
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic, eternal optimist and do not accept “no” as your final answer
- Cultural fit: Energetic, self-starter. Gets stuff done. Is a player, not a victim. Acts like an owner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps
- Languages: Portuguese and English. Another EMEA language is a plus.
